Ayla Mull,

RA, CPHC

After joining joined Johnson Braund Inc. in 2015, Ayla has worked on a diverse set of multifamily housing projects, including condominiums, market rate mixed-use apartments, affordable housing, and multi-family renovations. She has experience in both urban and suburban settings and has worked in multiple jurisdictions across the Puget Sound region, including Seattle, Tacoma, Tukwila and Olympia.

Ayla believes that excellent communication, seeing the project through each teammates different “lens,” attention to detail and always keeping the project’s primary goals at the forefront are keys to ensuring each project’s success.

Ayla is a licensed Architect in the State of Washington and a Certified Passive House Consultant. She received her Master’s in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Pacific Lutheran University.

As a Washington native Ayla, in her spare time enjoys spending time outdoors, eating all the fresh seafood the PNW has to offer and never using an umbrella. She also has a passion for traveling and has a dream to travel to all seven continents in her lifetime (only three more to go!).

Fun Fact: Once upon a time, back in college, Ayla could throw the javelin over 130’.
