Shane Norris Quality Assurance

Construction comes natural to Shane, mainly because he grew up on jobsites. He learned the business when carpenters were considered ‘craftsmen’ and worked a project up from the foundation, all the way to finish paint with everything in-between. This taught him to plan ahead and to understand how each phase of construction affects one another. For the last two decades, Shane has been working for residential and commercial development companies doing a wide variety of quality control. That means everything from customer service, to on site coordination of subcontractors to preparing of contracts. For us, he brings this experience to help our architects to create clean, easy to understand blueprints – every time.

For fun outside of the office, you’ll find Shane ether playing golf with his wife and son or pounding away at another remodel project at his home.

Fun Fact: Safety is job #1 for Shane. He survived a 28 foot fall off a roof during a home inspection.
