Residence Inn by Marriott Sacramento, CA

This project at 15th & L Street is an exciting mixed-use high-rise building located across the street from the State Capitol Building in downtown Sacramento. Three floors of private residences will top a twelve-floor Marriott Residence Inn extended-stay hotel, constructed of fifteen floors of above-grade post-tensioned concrete with a precast concrete panel exterior skin. The elegant design highlights the glass corner fronting Capitol Park. Ground floor features include the hotel lobby and restaurant, a private residential entrance, retail space, and parking in an adjacent 5-story parking structure completed in 2003.
